Gold APP Instruments Corporation China had coordinated with ISU (Iowa State University) to established one gas adsorption demo lab on campus of ISU. Professor Mufit Akinc from the Materials Science & Engineering said they had already well installed and calibrated all demo analyzers (gas pycnometer density analyzer G-DenPyc 2900 & BET surface area and porosimetry analyzer V-Sorb 2800P) with helps from GAPP engineer, were ready to receive visitors to go this lab to view analyzers onsite, to test their samples and value instruments quality.
Two years ago, Professor Mufit Akinc visited GAPP instruments HQ office and lab, also analyzed 3 samples (Diafomacous Earth, earth and nano Alumina powder) and commented I am very pleased to say that the data you have for our samples are reliable and reproducible. In fact, I was very pleased with the quality of the data analysis, and the presentation of the results. The surface area data looks very good, and the pore size distribution data looks clean. Before this, Professor Mufit Akinc was very familiar with Micromeritics ASAP model, also Quantachrome Autosorb-1 model, but both were out of time after a long time, they did not work anymore. Therefore, they urgently need to purchase one state-of-the-art volumetric adsorption analyzer to measure BET surface area, Langmuir surface area, mesopore and micropore size, and pore volume etc data. With business development, GAPP Instruments received many inquiries and emails from American and Canada markets, some customers showed their strong interest to buy our analyzers but expected to test their own samples before purchasing, some also want to view analyzers onsite. All current situations demand GAPP to establish one demo lab in North American market.
